 Division Six Construction, Inc., (D6), is a diverse Subcontractor supplying labor, materials and proven capabilities on large commercial projects as well as custom residential.  We provide all wood, timber, cementuous siding, glass windows and doors, steel rails, gratings, architectural and miscellaneous metals including finishes.    As a Building company, D6 is well known for constructability solutions, problem solving, planning and pre-fabrication of difficult and otherwise dangerous roof structures.  We save time and money by building roof structures on the ground then safely placing them with a crane.   In our 38+ year career as a framing and building contractor, D6 has, without exception, successfully and safely completed 100% of it's projects.  As a highly qualified resort commercial framing contractor for over 20 years, some of our completed projects in the Vail Valley and surrounding resort areas have been: The Arrabelle, Lionsquare Lodge South, The Sebastian,( formally Vail Plaza Hotel), The Lodge at Vail, The Vail Mountain Lodge, The Vail Mountain School, The Sonnenalp, Hummingbird Lodge, Bear Paw Lodge, Horizon Pass Lodge and Townhomes, The Westin, The Ford Amphitheater, Donovan Pavillion, Middle Creek Housing complex, Minturn Fitness Center and our most recently completed project Howelson Ice Arena in Steamboat Springs, CO .     We have generated nearly $40 million in contracts since 1996 primarily derived from labor and materials on projects ranging from $300,000 to over $2,000,000 and have managed more than 90 carpenters at one time at its peak.  Working on high profile projects, D6 understands and responds to the needs of the contractors, owners and the team.  We are OSHA compliant and have never had an OSHA violation as well as maintain current insurance coverage and requirements.   D6 is a company that will lend over 40 years of experience and expertise to your projects.  Our goal is to ensure our projects are successful which ultimately ensures our Customers are 100% satisfied with the end result.   We believe your investigation will prove our reputation and capabilities are at a high standard.
